The Danyar Chaw, possibly called the Greenowl Chaw, is a chaw formed by Coryn in The War of the Ember. It is only briefly mentioned, and it is unknown who the students of the chaw are, nor is the official name of the chaw known, but it was formed due to the success of the Greenowls operation in Exile. The chaw is dedicated to teaching owls of the Great Ga'Hoole Tree the art of Danyar, the fighting practice of the blue owls of the Middle Kingdom. Tengshu is the ryb.
