The Desert of Kuneer is a kingdom briefly seen in Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. It is the home of Gylfie, where she lived before she was snatched by Grimble.
In the video game, Shard undertakes a mission there to rescue owlets captured by the Pure Ones.

Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole[]
The desert appears when the Pure Ones's soldiers are kidnapping the owlets, leading them to the St. Aegolius Academy for Orphaned Owls.
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (video game)[]
In the game, the player, known as Shard, ventures with his friend Parzival to investigate the Desert of Kuneer. There he rescues the eagle Streak from the Pure One bats. They fight and defeat the Bat Chieftain, stopping the Pure One's reign of terror over Kuneer.
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (DS game)[]
The events play out the same as on the console version, except there is no Bat Chieftain. Instead, Shard finds a new wingman: a scarred old Burrowing Owl veteran of the Ice Claws named Athos.
