Humbert is a Spotted Owl, or Strix occidentalis and a member of the Guardians of the Guardians of the Ember. Not much is known about them, including their gender, their fate (Though it's likely that they were sent to the Glauxian Brothers' Retreat or the Glauxian Sister's Retreat) and they don't have any speaking lines.
