Liefa is an owl of unknown gender and species who, during the last years of the War of the Ice Claws at least, was an ice harvester of the Kielian League.

Alongside another harvester, Friedl, Liefa, with the collaborated skills of Orf and the future Rogue Smith Thora Plonk, improved the design of the flight goggles worn by the Glauxspeed Unit, fitting their lenses with a unusual blue ice found and brought from the Shagdah Snurl by Lyze.
